We look up to visionaries - Elon Musk, Richard Branson, Tim Ferriss, Reid Hoffman, Mark Zuckerberg, Steve Jobs, etc., as people who put their values to work. Who inspires us to dream big and do what’s right, not right in the moment. When our values are not acknowledged, it feels like direct opposition to our WHO. Initiating a distaste for work, as ineffective leadership fails to inspire.

I believe that when you focus on making the lives of others better, do something you’re good at and feel appreciated for what you do, we're all better for it.
