The Biggest Problem Facing Society

I'm not religious by any stretch of the imagination. In fact, I was quite vocal in my opposition. I bombasted religion. I didn't understand it. Nor did I make any attempt to understand the view point of those who did. I passed followers off as foolish. I took on worry for my own selfish view point. My need to be right has since softened. Life is full of mystery. We're not meant to understand everything. It's why know-it-alls are so damn annoying.
Do you have any idea what's coming next? Neither do I. Worry is one of the biggest problems facing society. It's what makes living in the moment feel next to impossible. It trips our anxiety and riddles us with the fear of the unknown. An expectation of what's about to happen. Based on nothing more than our thoughts. Lost without the ability to know what's coming next.
I challenge you, take the words of this World War II Doctor and live them. Who this man is, we're not sure and nor does it matter. Dale Carnegie shared them as a time-tested method for conquering worry.
One grain of sand at a time. One task at a time.
